The Makko Ho Stretch is a series of six stretches designed to bring balance and flow to our Energy by focusing on the 12, paired meridians of the body. When done in sequence, these stretches provide a sense of wholeness, increase circulation and mobility as well as affords their corresponding organ networks the ability to better support the key functions of our bodies.
This 60-min session includes a brief overview of the 5-Element Theory, the organ network, meditation and the full six-stretch series.
MR WEDNESDAY MAKKO HO STRETCH, 6-7P
The stretches are done best on yoga mat, carpet or padded area. Most stretches are done on the floor. Comfortable loose fitting clothing are best. Stretches are most comfortable before a meal. Please bring extra pillows or bolsters to support your positions if needed.
